Something for signal everywhere so i can make calls on 4g htc inspire?

im goin to a really small hick town with a population of like 50 people for a 2 weeks, but i wanna be able to call my girlfriend anytime i want, is there something i can buy to where i could call her for however long i want, and not lose signal or anything
