Im almost 38 weeks, and today i have felt extremely nauseated, and very lightheaded?

Along with sudden swelling in my face. yes i know i have some signs of pree-clampsia, so dont inform me on that. ive called the dr and still waitin for a response after two hours.. good thing it doesnt seem to be an emergency to him..My lower back is killin me, im having period like cramps in my lower tummy, yes signs of labor i know, also when i stood up earlier, i felt like something fell out of me, when i went to the bathroom it was wet, but did not smell like urine, i didnt even have to pee, so i know its not that.. last but not least my braxton hicks contractions are picking up, and are one after another it seems like for the past hour.
